Kevin Vroegh
Kevin Vroegh didn’t stumble into operations. He built his way into it. As Director of Operations at Level 10 Coatings, he’s the person making sure every project across Northwest Indiana, the Chicago suburbs and Southwest Michigan runs the way it should: on time, on point and with the kind of care that actually means something to a homeowner.
A Career Built On Leading People
Kevin’s background spans over a decade of operational leadership, most of it in the healthcare laundry industry. As Service Director at ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry in Indiana, he managed a 22-person team and helped grow market share by 94% in three years. Later, as Assistant General Manager in Connecticut, he led 167 people and drove the company’s Net Promoter Score from 63.6 to 91.4. The through-line in all of it: systems that work, teams that trust each other and customers who feel it.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Cornerstone University and an MBA focused on project management, but he’ll be the first to tell you the real education happened in the field.
From The Customer's Chair To The Operations Seat
Before stepping into the Director of Operations role in August 2025, Kevin worked directly with homeowners as a design consultant, walking customers through Polyurea and Polyaspartic coating options and learning the business from their perspective first. That experience shapes how he thinks about operations today. He’s not optimizing for efficiency in the abstract. He’s making sure the person whose garage is getting coated feels confident in every step of the process.
More Than A Job
Part of what drew Kevin to Level 10 Coatings was simple: it’s a locally owned company that actually acts like one. He started his career in a family business, spent years in corporate environments, and knows the difference. Here, he found a team that takes pride in the work, not just the pace of it.
Outside of work, Kevin spends his time with his wife Emily and daughter Collete, golfing, hunting, staying active and never missing a Wednesday night watching Survivor with the family.
