Finn Kiger

Finn Kiger is the Director of Finance at Level 10 Coatings, where he oversees financial projections, gross profit tracking, accounts receivable and payable and KPI reporting across all departments. Since joining Level 10 in 2023, he has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth—most notably contributing to a doubling of sales volume and installation capacity during his tenure as Business Operations Lead. In that role, he also led the hiring of four additional installation teams and spearheaded the company’s CRM and marketing agency transition.

Professional Perspective

What initially sparked Finn’s interest in this profession was the industry’s vastness. “Coatings and construction in general give you a lot of different career paths,” Finn says. “As a company grows and scales, opportunities emerge in project management, procurement, sales, marketing, finance, and a million other roles.” For Finn, being in this industry means that every day brings something a little different, along with the rewarding experience of watching spaces transform overnight.

Education & Certifications

Additional Experience

With four years of experience in his field, Finn also draws on a background in hospitality and tourism management. He previously worked as an assistant golf professional at a club with 300 members. While there, he oversaw a team that handled daily operations and events, and managed inventory and POS software to ensure accurate reporting and sales data.

Outside of Work

Golf is the highlight of Finn’s life outside of the office. He played golf in college and continues to compete in amateur events around the Midwest.
